Saturday gets its own, much longer window: Orsay runs cocktail happy hour from 11am straight through to 6pm, opening the discount at the same moment the restaurant opens for brunch. Gulf coast oysters are $2 on the cocktail hour menu.

The Casbah CafeDaily happy hour
Discounted beer, wine and wells, and discounted hookahs, every day of the week from 3 to 7. The Casbah publishes no prices for any of it. Hookah service is 21 and over, needs two forms of ID and requires a drink order - water counts if you are eating - and carries a $100 damage charge.
